The Beginning
Not every restaurant has a vault. But The Vault 327 isn't every restaurant. When the founders discovered 19 High Street — a magnificent Victorian bank building that had stood empty at the heart of Crowthorne — they saw something the rest of the world had overlooked: possibility.
The soaring ceilings, the ornate stonework, the original vault door still standing proud in the dining room — these weren't obstacles to work around. They became the soul of everything that followed. A space with this much history deserved a kitchen that could match it.
The Vault 327 opened its doors in 2024, and Crowthorne hasn't been the same since.

The Space
The building at 19 High Street has watched over Crowthorne for well over a century. It has seen empires rise and fall, fashions come and go, and high streets transform beyond recognition. Through it all, its walls have held. So have its stories.
We kept the vault door. We kept the columns. We kept the sense of drama that only history can give a room. Then we brought in warmth — candlelight and cocktails, laughter and long lunches, the clatter of plates and the pop of corks. We made it ours. We made it somewhere you'd want to stay.
Our Journey
19 High Street becomes home to one of Crowthorne's first bank branches. The vault is installed — built to last centuries, and it does.
The building sits empty. The founders stumble upon it during a walk through town. The vault door catches the light. The idea catches fire.
Mo — whose culinary journey spans British, Mediterranean, and Asian kitchens — comes on board to lead the kitchen. The menus begin to take shape.
The doors swing open. Crowthorne's most anticipated restaurant launch in years brings the community through, and they keep coming back.

Mo brings to The Vault 327 a rare fluency across culinary traditions. His cooking draws on British seasonality, Mediterranean technique, and the bold flavours of Asian cuisine — weaving them into dishes that feel both completely original and immediately familiar.
For Mo, the best cooking is always honest. It starts with exceptional ingredients — sourced seasonally, chosen carefully — and lets them speak. The Vault's menus change regularly, guided by what's best right now, not what's easiest.
It's this restless creativity that keeps the kitchen exciting and keeps our guests coming back.
